Swapna holds an MBA (Finance & Strategy) from IIM Kozhikode. She is a “Design Thinking” person,  certified from the premier Stanford University. She is a certified Corporate Coach and holds a Master Diploma in Corporate Coaching, from the Indian Academy of Training and Development. She was the accomplished topper in her Class 10 Board Exams .

Swapna is also the Director of Imagen Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd.  Apart from being a seasoned Finance professional, she is a sought-after Corporate Coach with more than a decade of delivering impactful trainings to many MNCs. Conferred on her is the Title “101 most fabulous Coaching Leaders”, globally by World HRD Congress in association with ET Now, Finance and Business Channel. This is a confirmed conferment as a thought leader and a contributor of value.  She has also been awarded “The Best Corporate Coach in Chennai 2019”, by India Education Awards and has been featured in the Zee Business Channel too.

She has trained junior executives, middle and senior managers of various Corporates like Hyundai, Ramco, Cholamandalam MS, Accenture, Taylor Corporation USA, Lanson Toyota, Genesys, Kun BMW, Murugappa Group, TTK health care, William Hare, New India insurance etc to name a few.

Prior to this, Swapna  has 8 years of experience with  Air India and HSBC.
