B K Rao has over 30 years of experience in audit of and providing consulting services to MNCs and domestic corporations in India and USA having  served with global Audit and Consulting Firms such as PwC and Deloitte in senior positions. .  He has a wealth of experience in providing advisory services such as Financial Due Diligence Reviews, Share Valuations, Business Valuations, Fixed Assets Revaluation, Fund Raising and M&A deals, Post Acquisition support, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Social Compliance Reviews etc. He has been actively involved in 100+ corporate finance transactions.
